I love sunrise sessions. The soft glow of light and calming atmosphere with little to no people around offers a beautiful setting to capture memories. Dom and Franco were amazing to work with, arriving before sunrise with coffee in hand and pure happiness while watching the sunrise. Our efforts were rewarded with beautiful light and the beach to ourselves. Seriously, a Southern California beach with absolutely no one else in sight! While it may seem daunting to wake up and get ready for an early morning portrait session it is always worth it (they also offer a great excuse to go out to brunch afterwards)!
Oh man, getting to watch this family grow and having the opportunity to capture their memories over the years has been such an amazing expereince. The first time I got to work with them was for their maternity session at Vasquez Rocks (such a different location) and am so happy we were able to reconnect to capture new memories. These two deffinetely put me to the test, but were the cutest pair to photograph with such fun personalities. Malibu was a beautiful California coastal location for everyone to enjoy a sun filled beach day!
